Senior Operations Manager

One of the leading personal care product manufacturing companies in Durban is currently looking for a skilled Senior Operations Manager to join their team.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years’ experience in Operations Management in the FMCG/cosmetic/personal care product manufacturing industry.

Experience managing multi-site or complex facilities environments.

Strong experience in plant reliability and asset management.

Exposure to SCADA / IoT / digital factory systems

Lean / Six Sigma certification

Strong systems capability (ERP-integrated maintenance planning)

Matric

Degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain or a Technical Discipline
