Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us at TCO Construction located in Polokwane. This position will be responsible for delivering accurate cost control, contract management, and project reporting, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• National Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant experience in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JBCC, NEC, etc.) and commercial processes.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in relevant software, including cost management tools :
