Head of HR – JHB West

Prism Placements and this key player in South Africa’s Automotive Retail market are looking for a Head of HR from a large entity within the automotive / retail industry to join their team in JHB West.

Experience & Requirements:

• Completed Honours degree a MUST.
• Min 15yrs full function HR exp where you’ve excelled in the full generalist role and extensive experience in implementation of HR functions from end to end, this is a roll up your sleeves role, and make a difference role!
• Experience managing a large national workforce of no less than 5000 employees across multiple branches essential.
• Automotive and/or retail industry experience a must.
• Employment Equity, must speak an African Language.

Remuneration:

• Up to R2M C.T.C. per annum (plus car, fuel, cell phone and bonus)
