We're Hiring | Area Manager - Pretoria & Johannesburg North

Sparkle Cosmetics is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, target-driven Area Manager to help expand our presence within the independent salon and spa market across Pretoria and Johannesburg North.

If you're a qualified Nail Technician who loves sales, education and building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Opening new salon and spa accounts

• Growing sales within existing customer accounts

• Building long-term relationships with salon owners and nail professionals

• Increasing Sparkle's market share across your territory

• Achieving monthly sales and new business targets

• Becoming the trusted Sparkle expert for your customers

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Nail Technician

• Proven sales experience and a passion for new business development

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
