Senior Stock Controller - Multi‑Site Hospitality/Retail

We’re looking for a highly analytical Senior Stock Controller to take charge of inventory management across multiple sites. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced hospitality/retail environment, where accuracy, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving are key.

  • Manage inventory levels across all stores and central facilities

  • Monitor stock movements, variances, wastage, and shrinkage

  • Conduct audits and cycle counts, investigating discrepancies

  • Oversee supplier ordering and stock replenishment

  • Produce detailed stock, cost, and variance reports

  • Train and support store managers on stock processes

  • Drive continuous improvement in stock systems and controls

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in stock control/inventory management

  • At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role

  • Strong background in hospitality, food & beverage, FMCG, or retail

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)

  • Experience with inventory systems and GAAP POS (advantageous)

  • Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure

  • Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month CTC (depending on experience)
