NOW HIRING - LABORATORY ADMINISTRATOR (ANIMAL FEEDS DIVISION) Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in administration and quality systems? We have an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Administrator to join a dynamic team in Bloemfontein ! Location: Bloemfontein Salary: Market Related Requirements: - National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent - Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience - Minimum 2 years of office and system administration experience - Previous laboratory experience will be advantageous - Knowledge of ISO 22000 will be advantageous - Strong computer skills, including: - MS Excel - MS Word - MS Outlook - SharePoint Knowledge & Experience In: - Quality Control and Assurance Processes - Product Testing, Sampling, and Analysis - Food Safety Protocols and Systems - ISO 22000, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP Key Responsibilities: - Manage documentation control and laboratory systems - Coordinate product and sample testing processes - Ensure all laboratory results are accurately documented and maintained - Monitor calibration of testing and measuring equipment - Manage returned stock and reworks processes - Coordinate in-house pest control activities - Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and operational procedures - Supervise and support team members - Maintain laboratory cleanliness and health and safety standards - Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence If you are passionate about administration, quality assurance, and maintaining high standards within a laboratory environment, we''d love to hear from you!
