Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent National Qualification Framework level. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential to meet operational needs. Previous relevant retail or customer service experience will be advantageous. Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Basic numeracy and literacy skills must be at an intermediate level to handle transactions and interpret information accurately. Duties and Responsibilities

- Efficiently and accurately process till transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Promote Woolworths' loyalty programs and additional services such as bill payments and airtime.
- Maintain a hygienic, safe, and well-organized till area to ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Apply basic product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and recommend suitable products.
- Adhere to shopkeeping disciplines to minimize shrinkage, reporting any dishonesty promptly.
- Demonstrate reliability through punctuality, professional dress, and adherence to company codes.
