SALES MANAGER/EAST LONDON - Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years' automotive sales experience within a franchise dealership. This role is ideal for a successful Senior Vehicle Sales Executive or 2IC ready to step into management. A strong sales focus, target-driven mindset, and passion for commission-based earnings are essential. Minimum Requirements Matric Valid driver's licence Minimum 5 years' vehicle sales experience within a franchise dealership Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets. Strong knowledge of dealership sales processes, F&I procedures, customer relationship management. Experience liaising directly with vehicle manufacturers and dealership management. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong reporting, analytical, and administrative abilities. Clear criminal record Desired Competencies Strong sales leadership and coaching ability. Highly motivated and target-driven mindset. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Commercial and business acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced dealership environment.
