A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint an Intern: Regional General Manager (18 month fixed term contract)

Diary Management Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events. Draft, proofread, and send emails and memos on behalf of executives. Screen and direct phone calls and incoming mail. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with travel arrangements. Take and distribute meeting notes or minutes. Support in planning, organizing, and executing small projects or events.
