IT Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Engineer to join one of our UK-based clients. This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who enjoys delivering IT infrastructure, cloud, and network projects while working closely with technical teams to provide outstanding solutions for clients.

• Deliver IT, cloud, and network projects for clients.
• Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Ensure cyber security standards are met across client environments.
• Act as an escalation point for the service desk team.
• Recommend and implement improvements to technical processes.

• Minimum 2 years' experience within an MSP or IT Service Provider.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and general IT infrastructure.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and project delivery skills.
• Experience with MSP tools and systems.
• Advanced networking knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
