IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join one of our UK-based clients. This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who enjoys solving technical problems, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting a wide range of IT environments.
- Provide IT support via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Manage support tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, and client infrastructure.
- Assist with client onboarding, maintenance, and system administration.
- Deliver a professional and responsive customer experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within an MSP or IT Service Provider.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Microsoft certifications or experience with Intune, Defender, networking, or cyber security is advantageous.
