A well-established investment and property finance company is seeking an experienced

Investment Administrator to join its office-based team in Tygervalley.

This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and strong document management skills. The successful candidate will support investment administration, asset monitoring, compliance, reporting and stakeholder communication within a dynamic financial environment.

POSITION INFO

RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and update investment and asset records, files and systems Support ongoing monitoring of property development loans and investments Track and manage compliance requirements, contracts and documentation Assist with loan changes, payment instructions and transaction administration Liaise with developers, banks, service providers and internal teams Support monthly reporting and investor communication Monitor contract terms, renewals and closing processes Assist with FICA, audits and compliance checks Compile internal and external reports (portfolio, compliance and impact reporting) Support operational improvements, systems and process updates REQUIREMENTS: Matric Minimum 10 years' administration or office management experience. Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills. Strong report writing and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. Experience in financial services, investments, property finance or compliance will be advantageous.
