You’ll
- Manage underwriting transactions across the full policy lifecycle, from new business to renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Process and validate risk and policy data with accuracy, ensuring system integrity and audit readiness.
- Issue policies, schedules, and endorsements within agreed service levels.
- Support underwriting decisions by analysing risk and claims information where required.
- Take ownership of the renewal cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
- Act as a key point of contact for brokers and clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
- Handle complaints and escalations in line with internal processes and customer fairness principles.
- Support reporting, portfolio administration, and quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with underwriting and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
