The Opportunity
As a Business Consultant, you’ll operate like a business owner within a business.
You will:
- Build and grow your own portfolio of independent financial advisers (IFA’s)
- Drive production through strong IFA partnerships
- Influence where IFA’s place their business—and grow your share of wallet

What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing your IFA network Develop and manage relationships with independent financial advisers
- Driving production and retention Increase business flows and ensure long-term value through strong engagement
- Activating the market Identify opportunities, run targeted campaigns, and convert pipeline into productivity
- Positioning yourself as a trusted partner Add real value to the IFA practice by helping them navigate the market, provide quality solutions to customers, and deliver true value to their clients.
- Owning your results This is a commission-based role—your effort directly drives your income

- Individuals with experience in long term insurance financial markets, financial planning, advice, marketing

What You Bring
- Experience in financial services (planning and/or marketing)
- Strong numerical and commercial capability
- A valid driver’s licence and own transport
- A tertiary qualification (advantageous)
