POSITION INFO

About the Role Our client is looking for a Stock Controller & Invoicing Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new vehicle stock, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate stock control in a busy dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain new vehicle stock records. Process vehicle invoices accurately and timeously. Capture and reconcile stock movements. Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed correctly. Liaise with relevant departments regarding stock and invoicing. Maintain accurate filing and administrative records. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) - Essential. Previous invoicing & stock control experience is essential. Experience in stock control. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Advantageous Previous experience in the motor industry. Experience within a Ford dealership would be nice to have but is not required. A sales background would be beneficial but is not required.
