Capital Growth is expanding and is looking for ambitious, energetic Sales Representatives to join our Government Division. This role focuses on presenting and selling authorized financial services products to government employees through the PERSAL market. • Conduct presentations and engage with government employees.

• Promote and sell financial products to PERSAL government workers.

• Build and maintain relationships within government departments.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets.

• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

• Travel to government institutions across your allocated territory.

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• Own reliable vehicle.

• Valid driver’s licence.

• Based in Cape Town.

• Willing to travel.

• Previous sales experience (financial services or PERSAL/government sector advantageous).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven with a passion for sales.
