Group Procurement Manager - BM300626-4330

Our client in the hospitality sector is currently seeking an experienced and driven professional for the role of Group Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities – Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

• Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
• Source suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms
• Standardise purchasing processes across all properties
• Manage tender processes and supplier selection
• Monitor procurement budgets and expenditure
• Deliver annual procurement savings targets
• Analyse purchasing trends and recommend efficiency improvements
• Reduce waste through improved procurement practices
• Oversee cost of sales (COS) for all items across the group

Experience Required

• 5–10 years’ procurement experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
• Experience managing multi-property or regional procurement operations
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation

Salary

R55 000 – R60 000 (Negotiable)
