Photographer / Videographer (Full-Time, In-House)

We're looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Photographer / Videographer to join our growing creative team in George.

This is a full-time, in-house position for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling, has a sharp creative eye, and can confidently produce exceptional photo and video content from concept to final delivery.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years' proven professional experience in commercial photography and videography (post-qualification).
• Advanced knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Lightroom
• Photoshop
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, and visual storytelling.
• Experience producing content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and commercial brands.
• Ability to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience operating drones (with relevant certification) will be advantageous.
• A professional portfolio or showreel demonstrating your photography and videography work is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our creative team, you will:

• Capture high-quality photography and video content for a variety of clients and brands.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots both in studio and on location.
• Edit, colour grade, and produce engaging video content for digital platforms.
• Photograph products, food, people, events, corporate environments, and promotional campaigns.
• Create content optimised for social media, websites, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and account managers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Maintain high production standards while ensuring consistency with each client's brand identity.
• Manage projects from pre-production planning through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Care for and maintain photography and video equipment.
