SUMMARY
A leading international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand is seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner to join its KwaZulu-Natal team.
POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to align human capital strategies with operational goals and drive business performance Provide end-to-end HR support across a portfolio of restaurants, ensuring consistent application of policies and practices Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, high-performance culture Support talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and retention strategies Coach and advise line managers on people management, performance management and leadership development Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement Support organisational change initiatives and transformation programmes Facilitate training and development interventions to build capability across the business Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or generalist role Experience within a fast-paced, multi-site or retail/QSR environment is highly advantageous Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region What's in it for you?
