FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (BCom)

Join a leading retail business as a Financial Accountant with at least 5 years’ proven experience. The ideal candidate must have a BCom Accounting degree (essential) and have solid experience in balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset management, banking, creditors, and general accounting.

Staff management experience is essential, including managing 10 or more staff members, with responsibility for performance management and team leadership. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive, accountable approach are key. Retail experience is advantageous, with FMCG or manufacturing backgrounds also considered.
