Freight Manager Durban

Durban based Shipping and Logistics establishment seeks an experienced Freight Manager who is able to oversee the general management of the branch, achieve overall profitability, Liaising with Shipping Lines and other service providers, Process SAD500 for both Imports/ Exports/ RIT

Matric

Further shipping or logistics courses or certificates will be advantageous

Minimum five years managerial experience in operational role or similar position

Minimum seven experience in import Bill of Entry tariffing and import and

export procedures (sea and air, groupage and FCLs) as a Client Controller

Working Knowledge of SARS Tariffing and rules and regulations for bill of entry

processing, especially for imports where duty is applicable

Computer literacy: Outlook and Excel, and beneficial if worked on Shipshape
