Introduction for the Front of House role

A well-established 4★ safari lodge located in the Greater Kruger area is seeking a professional, guest-focused and well-presented

Front of House candidate to join their dynamic hospitality team. This exciting lodge opportunity is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences within a luxury safari environment, where attention to detail and personalised service are key.

Operating in a remote and exclusive safari lodge setting, this role requires a strong front-facing presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with guests from arrival through to departure. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day lodge operations, including managing guest check-ins, coordinating reservations, handling guest queries, and supporting overall service delivery across departments.

This position is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is highly organised, and enjoys working closely with both guests and the lodge team. If you are enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about the bush lifestyle, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a reputable lodge environment.

Previous experience in a front of house role within a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment
Strong guest service and communication skills within a safari lodge environment
Ability to manage reservations, guest check-ins, and general administration efficiently
Professional appearance and well-spoken demeanour
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure
Positive attitude and team-player approach within a lodge environment
Comfortable working and living in a remote safari setting

Salary: R8,000 per month
