Your Impact on the Business
- You will manage the entire financial engine room, overseeing daily operations, billing cycles, collections, AP, and AR.
- You will compile and present the monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements that guide leadership decisions.
- You will protect and optimise the business by managing cash flow, analysing gross profit, drafting budgets, and ensuring strict statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, and internal controls).
- You will oversee payroll processing to ensure absolute alignment with financial planning.
What you bring to the table
- A registered CA(SA) qualification is essential for this role.
- Approximately one year of dedicated experience as a Financial Manager, ideally gained within the telecommunications, technology, or high-volume services sectors.
- Advanced Excel skills and practical familiarity with ERP accounting software such as Pastel Evolution, Sage, or IZI.
