SUMMARY

Our client in the Telco sector is looking for an AI Value Realisation Engineer on a contract duration of 6 months.

As the Manager: AI Value Realisation Engineer, you will be responsible for measuring, validating, and optimising the business value generated by AI platforms and AI use cases across. The role establishes consistent value measurement frameworks, tracks realised benefits against approved business cases, identifies value leakage, and enables leadership to make evidence‑based decisions on scaling, optimising, or retiring AI initiatives. You act as the objective owner of AI value discipline, working across business, finance, product, and engineering teams.

POSITION INFO

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Finance Economics Business Analytics Engineering Data or related fields Experience: 5+ years' experience in: Value realisation Performance management Business analytics Finance or strategy roles Proven experience quantifying value from digital, analytics, or technology initiatives Experience in financial services, fintech, telco, or regulated environments is highly advantageous Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or data platforms preferred Competencies: Technical Competencies Financial modelling and ROI analysis Benefits realisation and KPI frameworks Cost attribution and efficiency analysis Understanding of AI delivery and operating models Portfolio performance tracking Skills Strong analytical and numerical reasoning Executive-level storytelling with data Ability to challenge assumptions constructively Cross‑functional collaboration across business, finance, and engineering High standards of accuracy and discipline
