We are looking for a skilled Business Architecture Analyst to join our team in Midrand, Johannesburg. In this role, you will analyze, design, and improve business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive long-term strategy execution. Working as a critical connector between business and technology, you will play a pivotal role in enabling key transformations and enabling delivery of cutting-edge business models and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define business goals, vision, and strategic objectives.Ensure alignment between business needs and organizational strategies through well-defined architecture models and solutions.
• Enterprise Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.Develop business capability models and roadmaps for improved operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Document and map current state processes and recommend optimized future-state designs within enterprise-wide processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and operationalize improvements effectively.
• Solution Development: Design solutions that support business requirements and align with enterprise standards and frameworks.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of technologies that align with business objectives.
• Governance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and standards, including data governance and IT policies.Prepare reports and presentations, providing clear insights and articulating business outcomes for senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.Participate in workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions for requirements gathering and alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, business analysis, or related roles.
• Familiarity with business architecture frameworks and tools like TOGAF, Zachman Framework, BPMN, or UML.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis and process mapping tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, or consulting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the South African business environment and market trends.
• Certifications like CBAP, TOGAF, or PMP will be highly regarded.
