An exciting opportunity is available for a commercially minded Aftermarket Support Specialist to join a global leader in the agricultural and equipment industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong business relationships, supporting dealer networks, and driving marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results. Working across a defined territory, you'll partner with channel distributors to grow aftermarket sales, promote products and financial solutions, and ensure customers receive exceptional ongoing support. This is a strategic role where you'll combine relationship management, marketing, coaching, and analytical skills to help maximise territory performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement territory marketing plans to achieve sales and revenue objectives. Build strong relationships with channel partners and support their ongoing growth and success. Promote aftermarket products and financial solutions through targeted customer engagement initiatives. Plan and execute customer visits with clear objectives, following up on opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships. Develop and maintain a strong professional network within your territory, representing the business at industry events and trade shows. Monitor dealer performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and market penetration. Ensure accurate CRM updates following every customer interaction, maintaining high-quality data to support future sales and customer retention. Identify and address instances of non-compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Deliver formal and informal training, coaching, and ongoing development to channel partners and key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of business objectives across the territory. What We're Looking For: Experience in aftermarket support, dealer development, territory management, sales support, or channel partner management. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Commercially driven with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience developing and executing marketing or customer engagement initiatives. Comfortable analysing territory performance and identifying opportunities for growth. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records. A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys coaching, developing others, and building lasting business partnerships.
