  • Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
  • 6 months local or international Call Centre experience or 12 months retail experience (Essential)
  • Clear Criminal Record (Essential)
  • Minimum B2 (English Language level, Email Writing and Computer Literacy) (Essential)

What you will do in this role

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for consistently providing an excellent customer experience and offering proactive solutions to support customers with their online shopping enquiries.

ACCOUNTABILITIES C DELIVERABLES

  • Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
  • Verify and update customer information
  • Proactively offer solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might face
  • Outstanding administrative skills that cover planning, organizing and time management skills
  • Ownership of the customer experience and follow-through
  • Working to a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Verbal Communication:
    • Hearing objections and processing the deeper meanings
    • Acknowledging the feelings of others and reacting appropriately - Remaining calm during stressful situations
    • Explaining steps and processes that others can easily understand
  • Productivity and quality
  • To be able to identify when to escalate customer queries and complaints timeously
  • Be able to pass all training modules during new hire and ongoing campaign training
