Duties

  • Own end-to-end delivery of projects, including scope, time, cost, and quality management

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks and issues

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners

  • Drive consistent delivery against sprint goals and promote Agile best practices

  • Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready project documentation

  • Produce regular status updates and dashboards

  • Build strong relationships across business and technical teams

  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively

  • Support data-driven decision-making and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies

  • Manage cross-team dependencies effectively and escalate issues when necessary

  • Act as a servant leader to support teams, remove impediments, and foster collaboration

  • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within a financial services environment

  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices

  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

  • Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Scrum, Project Management, or Agile frameworks

  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment
