Primary purpose of the job
To carry prime responsibility/accountability for managing the Manufacturing Processes in all its facets, including the support functions required in the plant, in order to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled through cost effective resource utilisation, schedules and quality.
Key Performance Areas
- Takes overall responsibility for the manufacturing processes in press shop and assembly
- Manages all process engineering and process specialist functions
- Coordinates process related topics with supporting functions and external shareholders and ensures alignment
- Ensures adequate resources are available
- Manages performance of sub-ordinates

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years process background within the automotive environment
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in Automotive or similar Environment
