Enterprise Search AI Engineer

Role purpose: Design, build or support AI-powered search across documents, applications, databases and collaboration

platforms. Work with business, data and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable and measurable outcomes.

Core skills: hybrid search, semantic search, indexing, access control, APIs, relevance tuning.

Experience: Candidates should have up to 5 years of overall experience, including at least 1-2 years of relevant hands-on

experience in this role or closely related technologies.
