We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Collections Coach to join our team. As a Collections Coach you will be responsible for coaching and developing collections agents to improve performance, maximise collections, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Coach and mentor collections agents to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyse individual and team performance against KPI's.
  • Conduct call evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development.
  • Promote compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that quality assurance is applied in an independent, objective and neutral manner.
  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
  • 2-3 years in a collections call centre.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a coaching, mentoring or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of collections processes, performance management and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Call centre systems.
