Job Overview

As a Paid Media Specialist at Flux Full Circle, you will be responsible for the monthly paid advertising budget and projected return on investment for our portfolio of clients in the luxury travel industry. You will be directly responsible for managing several leading paid advertising platforms, including Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn, across clients with sophisticated strategies and high revenue impact for the business. This role has ownership of day-to-day optimisation of advertising campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs, and is responsible for accurate management and optimisation of marketing spend.

A working knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms to optimise bidding strategies, ad placements, and personalisation is important. You’ll be expected to stay up to date with algorithm shifts, platform updates, and best practices in AI-enhanced paid media.

What You’ll Do

Strategy

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to create highly sophisticated performance marketing strategies that promote growth across clients
  • Assist with advertising budgets and spend recommendations for Flux and its clients based on data and industry trends
  • Advise key stakeholders on campaign performance, tactics, opportunities, and challenges
  • Research and implement new technologies, platforms, tools and methods to optimise performance for Flux and its clients
  • Assist leadership with achieving business goals and objectives for Flux and its clients

Planning and Execution

  • Own platform budget and marketing tactic management for high-impact clients
  • Advertising campaign set-up and management on various digital platforms for Flux and its clients
  • Create and articulate monthly marketing plans to leadership based on data and insights gained
  • Ensure that paid marketing initiatives are aligned with the non-paid marketing to ensure that all channels are working together to achieve established KPIs
  • Identify and execute on strong spend opportunities
  • Use understanding of audience segmentation to drive growth
  • Assist with the implementation of website, campaign and performance tracking for clients
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests on copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages to report on results and implement relevant action items to improve performance
  • Dynamically and impactfully update the marketing plan using real-time data
  • Successfully and timeously execute campaigns

Analysis and Reporting

  • Establish, optimise and report on performance metrics for Flux and its clients
  • Ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reporting for Flux and its clients

Who You Are

• A graduate with a degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field

• An individual with relevant Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications is advantageous

• A minimum 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, and analytics (experience in the travel industry is advantageous)

• An individual with experience in all leading online marketing and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and TikTok

• Experienced in briefing and/or producing ad creative (copy, static, video), and an understanding of creative performance analysis

• An individual experienced in AI-powered campaign types and automation features across Google and Meta, including smart bidding, Performance Max, and Advantage+ campaigns

• An individual who can present campaign performance and recommendations directly to clients in a clear, confident manner

• An individual with experience in leading tracking, web analysis and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and AgencyAnalytics

• Familiar with Meta Conversions API, server-side tagging, consent frameworks, and first-party data strategies

• An individual looking to grow within their role and who aims to contribute towards business strategy

• An individual who is adept at problem-solving and who displays proactive thinking

• An individual who can balance creativity with analytical skills

• An individual who can handle multiple tasks at once and stay organised

• An individual who constantly seeks to learn through courses, research and industry reading

Remuneration

Market-related based on experience.
