In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to influence the product strategy,

enhance existing features and elevate end-user experience. You will collaborate with

cross-functional teams to execute on the roadmap and create a merchant Insights driven ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement

and optimization.

  • Support strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing relevant

merchant experience insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and

translate them into technical specifications.

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of new features and

enhancements for PayFast's payment processing platform.

  • Support product releases by assisting in deployment activities and troubleshooting

issues as needed.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to online

payments and e-commerce.

Education

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or Relevant experience

Experience And Skills

  • 2+ years in a product analysis, business analysis or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, user segmentation and statistical analysis
  • Passionate about technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Analytical with the ability to translate insights into Business Strategy
  • Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work with minimal supervision
  • Results driven discipline.
  • collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
