POSITION INFO

An exciting role has opened for a Revenue Controller to join a dynamic organisation based in JHB East. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a high-volume environment and has strong technical capability in managing revenue processes, client accounts, and reconciliations. Minimum Requirements: BCom Accounting or related degree Articles experience advantageous Strong experience in debtors, billing, and client account management Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential) Strong understanding of revenue processes and reconciliations High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities: Manage and control revenue and billing processes Oversee debtor accounts and ensure timely collections Reconcile client accounts and investigate variances Process and review billings accurately Maintain general ledger integrity related to revenue Support month-end reporting and revenue recognition Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures Core Focus of the Role: Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue reporting Maintain strong control over billing and debtor processes Deliver timely and reliable financial information Added Value Expectations: Improve efficiency in billing and revenue processes Strengthen client account management and relationships Enhance reporting quality and financial visibility Contribute to continuous process improvements Key Success Factors: Strong reconciliation and analytical skills Advanced Excel capability Ability to manage high-volume transactional environments Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume finance environment Strong exposure to revenue control and client account management Hands-on role with direct impact on financial performance Stable and structured business environment If you are a motivated Revenue Controller looking to take ownership of your role and grow within a dynamic finance team, we would love to hear from you.
