POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Oversee the cash and stock reconciliations produced by external service providers, ensuring timely investigation and escalation of breaks. Take ownership of resolution timelines and drive prompt clearance in line with service standards. Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate reconciliation breaks impacting Funds or Mandates. Liaise with external stakeholders to establish relationships and improve efficiencies. Partner with external service providers to query, challenge, and resolve discrepancies, maintaining audit trails. Escalate unresolved or high-risk breaks to senior stakeholders, highlighting operational, reputational, or financial risks. Maintain accurate procedures documentation related to reconciliation oversight.
