SUMMARY
Job Purpose
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, with a strong focus on executive-level engagement. The role requires a consultative approach to client management, ensuring delivery of tailored lifecycle management solutions while driving account growth and long-term client value.
POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts within the private sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board-level decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and recommending tailored lifecycle management solutions that deliver value. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients. Manage the full account lifecycle, ensuring seamless service delivery in collaboration with internal teams. Lead client engagements, presentations and solution discussions at executive level. Navigate complex client environments and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Monitor account performance and proactively address risks and opportunities. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Sales or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development or B2B Sales. Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives, board members and senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to operate within complex client or sales environments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand financial and asset-based solutions. Experience in finance or exposure to financial environments will be highly advantageous. Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships at multiple levels within large organisations.
