The Opportunity

Are you an established Independent Medical Representative calling on Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physiotherapists, or Occupational Therapists in the Cape Peninsula?

We are looking for a freelance, commission-driven lead-generation partner to tap into the post-operative and medical recovery rental market (e.g., knee scooters, moon boots, and specialized mobility aids). The average patient rental period is 6 weeks, offering you a high-converting, immediate income stream that complements your existing non-competing lines.

Role Description

Unlike a traditional full-time sales role, this position is fully autonomous and built around your existing daily route:

Generate Warm Leads: Leverage your trusted, pre-existing relationships with local surgeons, physiotherapists, and hospital discharge managers to introduce our rental services.

Secure the Script Ledger: Connect specific doctor practices to your referral network so that prescriptions flow directly to us.

Zero Admin or Logistics

Your job is purely the introduction. Once a script or lead is submitted to our Cape Town office, our central hub handles the logistics, delivery, customer care, and maintenance.

Qualifications

Must be an active, independent Medical Representative currently on the road in Cape Town.

Proven, established network among Cape Town orthopaedic and rehabilitation specialists.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills grounded in professional empathy.

The Commission Structure

High-Value Hook: Earn a lucrative 30% commission on the initial 6-week rental contract value.

Residual Income: Receive a standard recurring commission if the patient extends their rental beyond the initial recovery period.

Safe Cash Flow: Commissions are calculated and paid reliably on the 25th of the following month once the customer's invoice is cleared.
