Job Description: Own and resolve complex, high-impact technical issues across a cloud-based SaaS platform Act as the senior escalation point, handling critical incidents and ensuring resolution Provide consultative guidance on system architecture, integrations, and best practices Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to influence improvements and features Lead advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and workflows Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions Drive SLA performance and continuous improvement within the support function Mentor and support junior consultants, elevating overall team capability Participate in on-call rotations and support deployment readiness activities Deliver technical training and guidance to customers post-implementation Skills & Experience: 5-7 years' experience in SaaS support, technical consulting, or IT support roles Strong experience with: Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online (configuration & architecture) Power Automate / workflow automation Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, integrations, and deployments Experience handling escalations and working as a senior technical escalation point Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to analyse trends, troubleshoot deeply, and prevent recurring issues Exposure to enterprise-level clients is beneficial Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile or to view all our Jobs in Information Technology.
