Primary purpose of the job

The company requires the services of an individual to measure, capture and analyse data according to customer requirements

Key Performance Areas

Measure and capture flush and gap measurements

Analyse the data captured in Uptime

Skin surface evaluation

Knowledge and Skills required.

Measuring equipment

Sheet metal surface evaluation

Quality Systems

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to do precision work

Minimum Requirements

Gr 12 or NQF 4 qualification

Minimum 3 years in Quality Environment

Basic SPC and Measuring techniques

Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing environment and Quality Inspections

Minimum 3 years in the measurement of parts and analysis of data
