Accounting

· Capturing of bank statements

· Reconciliation of bank accounts

· Preparation of monthly invoices

· Debtors and creditors controlling

· Reporting on monthly financials

· Compiling of income statements and balance sheets

· Processing of month-end journals

Payroll

· Processing of monthly payroll

· Calculating monthly PAYE and UIF

· Submitting PAYE and UIF

· Handling UIF registration on U-Filing

· Submitting EMP501 and IRP5’s on SARS E-Filing

· Registering and submitting of workmen’s compensation

SARS and E-Filing

· Calculating income tax and provisional tax, personal and business

· Filing of personal and business income tax returns on E-Filing

· Filing of personal and business provisional tax returns on E-Filing

· Submitting EMP501 and IRP5’s

· Submitting VAT, PAYE and Income tax returns on E-Filing

· Filing of objections and disputes with SARS

· Handling of new registration of all tax types

· Registering Registered Representative

· Registering taxpayers on E-Filing

· Updating registered details with SARS

· Obtaining Tax Clearance Certificates

· Liaising with SARS Call Centre

· Handling of Tax objectives

BCom Accounting degree (In processs or complete)

Own car and valid license

Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Good academic transcripts

Candidates living on the East will be given preference
