Junior Finance Associate _ In-Office_ Monday - Friday

Based in Johannesburg North

Salary R15 000-R18 000

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Associate to join a dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in finance and accounting while gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of financial operations.

Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1-2 years' previous experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or an accounting internship preferred

Experience using Xero (preferred)

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

Generate invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and assist with collections

Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow management

Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end processes

Maintain organised digital financial records and documentation

Support compliance with financial policies and procedures

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
