Strong analytical skills

Basic knowledge of Output Management solutions On Unix/Linux systems
Basic experience or working knowledge of Customer Communication Management Solutions
Document Composition with StreamServe/Exstream
Document Template development – Design Centre and StoryTeller
Spooling Systems i.e., VPSX Experience with scVenus Tool
SAP Output Management
Database technologies - Oracle / PostgreSQL
Encryption Technologies
Printer and printer languages (PCL, PS, ZPL)
Business processes requiring enterprise output management
Knowledge of ITSM Solutions – specifically BMC Remedy Ticketing tool
Chinese speaking beneficial for collaboration with the China costumers

Shadow and work under the guidance of senior developers to gain the necessary expertise to become a contributing member of the team.

Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
