Human Resources Manager: Payroll Administration and Industrial Relations

We are looking to employ a Human Resources Manager: Payroll Administration and Industrial Relations to manage and implement sound human resource practices for Golden Arrow Bus Services and subsidiary companies, in a manner that contributes to its sustainability. As a member of the extended management team, is responsible for the maintenance, implementation and execution of effective procedures in all aspects of human capital development, payroll administration, industrial relations and employee welfare and wellness.

  • Manage and supervise the Payroll function.
  • Manage Industrial relations.
  • Manage the Personnel Administration function.
  • Manage the Disciplinary function.
  • Manage Employee Performance programmes.
  • Implement and oversee Personnel Policy and Procedures.
  • Manage Employee Wellness and Employee Welfare benefits.
  • Research, benchmark and design wages and salaries.
  • Plan long service awards.
  • Design EE plans.
  • Populate EE report and manage EE Committee.
  • Appropriate Tertiary Qualification.
  • Registration with an HR or related Professional body.
  • Eight years relevant experience in a management / supervisory capacity.
