Overview
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–4 years of consulting experience to support the delivery of infrastructure and development projects. The role involves technical design, client interaction, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to provide innovative, cost‑effective, and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the planning, design, and analysis of civil engineering projects such as transportation systems, water supply networks, and land development.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, design reports, and technical documentation for client submissions.
Assist in feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and cost estimations.
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide professional advice.
Collaborate with architects, planners, and other engineers to develop integrated solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Support senior engineers in project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and gather data for design improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
2–4 years of experience in a consulting or design engineering environment.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Progress toward professional registration (e.g., ECSA or equivalent)
