Purpose of the position
Providing superior service to internal and external clients. Selling value added products in order to retain existing clients and attract new business for the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Upselling a variety of products to existing clients
- Maintaining quality standards in line with King Price’s values
- Assisting with client queries and updates
Requirements
- Matric or matric equivalent (essential)
- RE5 (essential)
- Full FAIS Qualification (advantageous)
- Previous call centre experience, preferably in client care and/or sales environments (essential)
- Excellent product knowledge
