POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Sales Representatives. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer success, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with team members. Monitor individual and regional performance against agreed objectives. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve technical, commercial, and relationship-building skills. Identify succession opportunities and develop future leaders within the business. Take ownership of talent identification and recruitment activities within the region. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential agricultural sales talent. Utilise industry networks, referrals, and market knowledge to identify suitable candidates. Participate in candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes. Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure timely and successful appointments. Support onboarding and integration of new employees into the business. Drive employee engagement, retention, and long-term team development. Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Achieve and exceed regional sales and profitability targets. Identify opportunities for market growth and increased product adoption. Support TSRs in managing strategic customer relationships and key accounts. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required. Drive value-based selling and ensure strong commercial execution throughout the region. Ensure effective territory management and customer coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders. Support the resolution of customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer service. Represent the company at farmer days, demonstrations, exhibitions, and industry events. Strengthen brand presence and market positioning within the region. Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team. Support the positioning of crop nutrition, bio stimulant, soil health, and related agricultural solutions. Work closely with the Agronomy team to ensure successful implementation of product strategies and field initiatives. Monitor and report on regional sales performance, forecasts, and market activity. Ensure accurate CRM utilisation and reporting by the team. Manage regional budgets and resources effectively. Prepare and present regional performance updates to senior management.
