SUMMARY

Our client, a well known manufacturer is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team and manage sites in JHB South.

POSITION INFO

Maintenance of production facilities over three premises in JHB South Management of a small maintenance team Installation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and pneumatic hardware Preventative and reactive maintenance of small and large machinery (CNC router, press brake, compressors, etc.) Scheduling of regular maintenance tasks General welding/manufacturing of steel structures Record keeping and reporting Prioritising, planning, ordering, and closing out maintenance tasks and projects Requirements Matric and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated experience in arc welding and general steel manufacturing Computer literacy with report writing abilities Own transport - ability to travel between premises Electrical knowledge Working knowledge of CNC machinery Strong management / inter-personnel skills Hands-on management style Good communication and coordination skills
