What You Will Be Doing

As a Vehicle Dispatch/Allocator Officer you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Monitoring driver progress and ensuring schedules are met
• Allocating vehicles and coordinating daily driver runs
• Checking and reviewing driver run sheets
• Investigating and reporting missed services through internal systems
• Completing daily operational reports
• Conducting fatigue compliance checks and audits
• Providing safety feedback to drivers and supervisors
• Coordinating vehicle inspections to maintain fleet standards
• Ensuring operators meet uniform and PPE requirements
• Liaising with customers and drivers to resolve operational issues

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

• Previous experience in vehicle dispatch, fleet allocation or scheduling
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• HR Licence preferred but not essential
• Ability to pass a Police Check
• Ability to pass PEM and DAS requirements

• Early morning roster (3:00am - 11:00am/12:00pm Monday to Friday)
• 6+ month opportunity with potential for permanent employment
