Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the Garden Restaurant.
  • Oversee all event enquiries from initial enquiry to successful execution.
  • Coordinate and manage corporate functions, wine launches, private events, and estate activations.
  • Lead and develop the hospitality team while ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Manage restaurant and event operations, budgets, stock and suppliers.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to grow hospitality and event business.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality and events management.
  • Experience in a restaurant, wine estate or hospitality environment.
  • Proficient in Lightspeed POS, Microsoft Excel and Market Man.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with own reliable transport.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Must be available to work at least three weekends per month and oversee all estate events.
  • Social media experience would be an advantage.
