Conversation Design Specialist

Role purpose: Design, build or support clear and effective conversational flows for assistants, agents and voice experiences.

Work with business, data and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable and measurable outcomes.

Core skills: conversation design, intent mapping, UX writing, fallback design, analytics.

Experience: Candidates should have up to 5 years of overall experience, including at least 1-2 years of relevant hands-on

experience in this role or closely related technologies.
